This EATRIS-CONNECT workshop is focused on broadening the conversation on digital transformation in personalised medicine across the European translational research ecosystem. It will take place online on 21st April as part of the Czech Node Spotlight, and seeks to bring together researchers, research infrastructures, regulators, healthcare stakeholders, and patient representatives as part of an interactive session. This session builds on insights from the first workshop (Milan, 2025) and will explore practical challenges and solutions for data-driven research and digital transformation.
Highlights will include:
- Discussion on key challenges in clinical data standardisation, quality, representativeness, AI readiness and regulatory alignment
- A practical demonstration of the Czech ClinData system
- Short 5-minute stakeholder pitches on challenges and solutions
- Interactive discussion to identify additional priorities
The workshop the second part of a three-event consultation series, designed to gather community input and help shape solutions supporting digital transformation in personalised medicine.
