Genetic factors in complex diseases with inflammatory compound in pathogenesis
The thesis is focused on the genetic association studies (GAS) in complex diseases. GAS use the comparison of genetic markers (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms or Copy Number Variations) between the patients with complex diseases and healthy controls. The main goal is to detect susceptibility genes responsible for heritable component of complex diseases.
